The Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) provision in the current UPS National Master Agreement has been triggered for August 1, 2026. Based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-W) calculation outlined in Article 6 of the agreement, the adjustment is calculated at 22 cents per hour.

COLA is one of the negotiated provisions designed to help wages keep pace with inflation during the life of the agreement. The calculation is based on changes in the Consumer Price Index and follows the formula established in the current contract.
